Our clinic is located at 1770 First Street, Suite 400, Highland Park, IL 60035. We are in Port Clinton Square across from the train at the corner of First St and Laurel Ave. If you enter the building on Laurel from the parking garage, then please use the glass door closest to the garage entrance and take the elevator to the 4th floor then turn right. If you enter the building at the ground level on First St, then walk through the atrium to the elevators then take them to the 4th floor and turn right. Use code 2087 on the keypad at the front door evenings and weekends.
